St. Louis Photos

I was fascinated by the Gateway Arch on my trip to St. Louis in August 2005. In fact, I was so fascinated, that I decided to take a trip to the top of the 630-feet tall Arch. The picture on the left shows the view from my 27th floor room at the Millennium Hotel. The picture on the right shows the western view from the Arch, where you can see my hotel, Busch Stadium, and the construction for the new Busch Stadium. If you roll your mouse over the pictures, you'll see little bursts of light. Those points show each location from where the adjacent picture was taken!

Below, the picture on the left shows my view as I was lying on my back below the Arch. The picture on the right shows the western view from the Arch, which was where I was lying when I took the first picture! Again, roll your mouse over the picture to see from where the adjacent picture was taken.

On this trip, I also visited Union Station, the Hard Rock Cafe, a Cardinals Game at Busch Stadium, and the St. Louis Zoo.
